Colo. Rev. Stat. § 1-1-303 – Certification courses.

(1) The curriculum for certification in accordance with this part 3 must include courses in the following areas:
1. (a) General election law;
2. (b) The federal Help America Vote Act of 2002;
3. (c) Professional development;
4. (d) Voter registration and list maintenance;
5. (e) Accessibility;
6. (f) Coordinated elections;
7. (g) Mail ballot and in-person voting processes;
8. (h) Voting systems testing;
9. (i) Risk-limiting audits; and
10. (j) Canvass.
(2) The secretary of state shall offer certification courses at least annually.
