Colo. Const. art. VI, § 22
In all prosecutions for violations of the laws of Colorado, process shall run in the name of The People of the State of Colorado; all prosecutions shall be carried on in the name and by the authority of The People of the State of Colorado, and conclude, against the peace and dignity of the same.
