  1. These rules are adopted pursuant to sections 11-35-101.5, 12-16-117, and 12-16-210 C.R.S. Purpose:

    The purpose of this rule change is to consolidate all the rules regarding the Farm Products and Commodity Handler Acts into one section within 8 CCR 1202-11. Factual and Policy Basis:

    The factual and policy issues pertaining to the adoption of this permanent rule amendment are as follows:

    1. Currently these rules which address irrevocable letters of credit and bonds are codified in 8 CCR 1202-08. In order to consolidate these rules into one set of rules at 8 CCR 1202- 11 these rules are being deleted from their current location. _________________________________________________________________________ Editor’s Notes History Entire rule repealed eff. 07/30/2014.
