The Agency will issue any program notifications identified in paragraphs (a) through (c) of this section on the program website. An annual notification will also be published on the OMB-designated governmentwide website.

1. (a) Amount of funding available. The Agency will publish the amount of funding available for awards during each fiscal year within 30 calendar days of receiving notification from OMB of the amount of funding available.
2. (b) Priority points. The Agency will publish the priorities applicable to the program no later than the application period opening date each year. Points will be awarded in accordance with § 4284.1040(d).

3. (c) Other. The Agency will publish any other additional requirements or programmatic changes no later than the date the application period opens.
