(a) The regulations in this part specify how the Commodity Credit Corporation will administer the Organic Certification Cost Share Program (OCCSP). OCCSP provides cost share assistance to producers and handlers of agricultural products for the costs of obtaining or maintaining organic certification under the National Organic Program (7 CFR part 205).
(b) The regulations in this part are applicable to the 2025 and subsequent program years. The availability of cost share assistance through OCCSP is subject to the availability of funding.
