All projects receiving credit assistance under this part shall comply with:

1. (a) The relevant requirements of title 23, U.S.C., for highway projects, chapter 53 of title 49, U.S.C., for transit projects, and section 5333(a) of title 49 for rail projects, as appropriate;
2. (b) Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 (42 U.S.C. 2000d et seq.);
3. (c) The National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (42 U.S.C. 4321 et seq.);
4. (d) The Uniform Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Policies Act of 1970 (42 U.S.C. 4601 et seq.); and
5. (e) Other Federal and compliance requirements as may be applicable.
