The Tribe may appeal the Self-Governance Official's decision on a Contract Disputes Act claim in one of the following forums:

1. (a) The Civilian Board of Contract Appeals. The appeal must be in accordance with the Board's implementing regulations in 48 CFR part 6101;
2. (b) The U.S. Court of Federal Claims; or
3. (c) The U.S. District Courts.
