Hazardous Material Information (SEP 1999) Offeror shall indicate for each national stock number (NSN) the following information: NSN DOT shipping name DOT hazard class DOT label required Yes [ ] No [ ] Yes [ ] No [ ] Yes [ ] No [ ]
