(a) The licensee of an on-board station must keep equipment records which show:

1. (1) The ship name and identification of the on-board station;
2. (2) The number and type of repeater and mobile units used on-board the vessel; and
3. (3) The date and type of equipment which is added or removed from the on-board station.
