46 C.F.R. § 169.821 – Patrol person. | Midpage- (a) The master shall designate a member of the ship's company to be a roving patrol person, whenever the vessel is operational.
- (b) The roving patrol person shall frequently visit all areas to ensure that safe conditions are being maintained.
