(b) The container should be clearly and permanently marked with:

1. (1) The name and address of the approval holder;
2. (2) The U.S. Coast Guard Approval number;
3. (3) The total food energy value of provisions in the container in calories and kiloJoules;
4. (4) The lot number;
5. (5) The month and year the provision was packed; and
6. (6) The month and year of expiration (5 years after the date of packing).
