1. (a) The provisions of this subpart, with the exception of §§ 76.50-80 and 76.50-90, as applicable, apply to all vessels contracted for on or after November 19, 1952.
2. (b) Vessels contracted for prior to January 18, 2017 and on or after November 19, 1952, must meet the requirements of § 76.50-80.
3. (c) Vessels contracted for prior to November 19, 1952, must meet the requirements of § 76.50-90.
