1. (a) Organic fluid vaporizers must meet the requirements of PVG-1 through PVG-12 of Section I of the ASME BPVC (incorporated by reference; see § 52.01-1).
2. (b) The Commandant must approve the application and end use of organic fluid vaporizer generators.
