45 C.F.R. § 1330.21 – Peer review process. | Midpage- (a) The Director refers each application for an award governed by these regulations in this part to a peer review panel established by the Director.
- (b) Peer review panels review applications on the basis of the applicable selection criteria in § 1330.23.
