Except as prohibited by law, all intangible trust personalty of a decedent on hand or accrued at the date of death may be used for the payment of claims, including:

1. (a) IIM account balances;
2. (b) Bonds;
3. (c) Unpaid judgments; and
4. (d) Accounts receivable.
