If any of the following occur, the bureau will notify you:

1. (a) The bureau provides the submitter with notice and an opportunity to object to disclosure;
2. (b) The bureau notifies the submitter of its intent to disclose the requested information; or
3. (c) A submitter files a lawsuit to prevent the disclosure of the information.
