If BLM requires you to submit a reclamation plan, it must include:

1. (a) A statement of the proposed manner and time in which you will complete reclamation of the areas disturbed by your operations;
2. (b) A map or sketch which delineates the area you will reclaim; and
3. (c) Such other information as BLM may require.
