Before BLM issues any lease, you must:

1. (a) Accept all lease stipulations;
2. (b) Make all required payments to BLM;
3. (c) Sign a unit joinder or waiver, if applicable; and
4. (d) Comply with the maximum limit on acreage holdings (see §§ 3206.12 and 3206.16).
