An unedited integration statement must be retained and made available to the BLM upon request. The integration statement must contain the following information:

1. (a) The information required in § 3170.7(g) of this part;
2. (b) The name of the company performing the integration;
3. (c) The month and year for which the integration statement applies;
4. (d) Meter-tube inside diameter (inches);

5. (e) The following primary device information, as applicable:

   1. (i) Orifice bore diameter (inches); or
   2. (ii) Beta or area ratio, discharge coefficient, and other information necessary to calculate the flow rate;
6. (f) Relative density (specific gravity);
7. (g) CO2 content (mole percent);
8. (h) N2 content (mole percent);
9. (i) Heating value calculated under § 3175.125 (Btu/standard cubic feet);
10. (j) Atmospheric pressure or elevation at the FMP;
11. (k) Pressure base;
12. (l) Temperature base;
13. (m) Static-pressure tap location (upstream or downstream);
14. (n) Chart rotation (hours or days);
15. (o) Differential-pressure bellows range (inches of water);
16. (p) Static-pressure element range (psi); and

17. (q) For each chart or day integrated:

    1. (i) The time and date on and time and date off;
    2. (ii) Average differential pressure (inches of water);
    3. (iii) Average static pressure;
    4. (iv) Static-pressure units of measure (psia or psig);
    5. (v) Average temperature ( °F);
    6. (vi) Integrator counts or extension;
    7. (vii) Hours of flow; and
    8. (viii) Volume (Mcf).
