Within 30 calendar days after receiving your proposed plan, BLM will notify you in writing that we—

1. (a) Approved your plan;
2. (b) Rejected your plan and explain why. This will include an explanation of how you should correct the plan to come into compliance; or
3. (c) Have not acted on the plan, explaining the reasons and when you can expect a final response.
