Under the Reclamation Rural Water Supply Program, you may:

1. (a) Request Reclamation to conduct an appraisal investigation or feasibility study for a rural water supply project for you, with your cooperation;
2. (b) Request funding through a grant or cooperative agreement to enable you to conduct an appraisal investigation or feasibility study for a rural water supply project yourself, or through a contractor; or
3. (c) Request Reclamation to review and approve an appraisal investigation or feasibility study completed without assistance from Reclamation.
