- (a) The purpose and priorities of the program;
- (b) How to apply for assistance under the program;
- (c) How Reclamation will evaluate requests for assistance;
- (d) How Reclamation will evaluate an appraisal investigation; and
- (e) How Reclamation will evaluate a feasibility study.
