(a) CMS posts, on its Internet Web site, the following information regarding EPs, eligible hospitals, and CAHs receiving an incentive payment under subparts B and C of this part:

1. (1) Name.
2. (2) Business addressee.
3. (3) Business phone number.
4. (4) Such other information as specified by CMS.

(b) CMS posts, on its Internet Web site, the following information for qualifying MA organizations that receive an incentive payment under subpart C of this part—

1. (1) The information specified in paragraph (a) of this section for each of the qualifying MA organization's MA plan information; and
2. (2) The information specified in paragraph (a) of this section for each of the qualifying MA organization's MA EPs and MA-affiliated eligible hospitals.
