42 C.F.R. § 441.55
State plan requirements.
Effective Jan 1, 2017
A State plan must provide that the Medicaid agency meets the requirements of §§ 441.56-441.62, with respect to EPSDT services, as defined in § 440.40(b) of this subchapter.
