You may not amend the following records under the law:

1. (a) Transcripts of testimony given under oath or written statements made under oath.
2. (b) Transcripts of grand jury proceedings, judicial proceedings, or quasi-judicial proceedings which constitute the official record of the proceedings.
3. (c) Pre-sentence reports that are maintained within a system of records but are the property of the courts.
4. (d) Records exempted from amendment by notice published in the Federal Register.
