(a) Your request to sell undistributed surplus property must include:
- (1) The proposed sale date;
- (2) A listing of the property;
- (3) Location of the sale;
- (4) Method of sale; and
- (5) Proposed advertising to be used.
- (b) If the request is approved, GSA will provide the necessary forms and instructions for you to use in conducting the sale.
