You must:

1. (a) Establish agency-specific Flight Program Standards;
2. (b) Account for the cost of acquiring, operating, and supporting your aircraft;
3. (c) Account for the use of your aircraft;
4. (d) Maintain and account for aircraft parts;
5. (e) Report inventory, cost, and utilization data; and
6. (f) Properly dispose of aircraft and parts.
