Notwithstanding any other section in this part, grantees are not authorized to use suicide prevention services grant funds to pay for the following:

1. (a) Direct cash assistance to participants.
2. (b) Those legal services prohibited pursuant to § 78.80(g).
3. (c) Medical or dental care and medicines except for clinical services authorized pursuant to § 78.60.
4. (d) Any activities considered illegal under Federal law.
