In administering benefits payable under 38 U.S.C. chapter 30, VA will apply the following sections:

1. (a) § 21.4270 (except paragraphs (a)(2) and (a)(3) and those portions of paragraph (c) and footnotes dealing with farm cooperative training)—Measurement of courses;
2. (b) § 21.4272—Collegiate course measurement;
3. (c) § 21.4273—Collegiate graduate;
4. (d) § 21.4274—Law courses; and

5. (e) § 21.4275—Practical training courses; measurement.
