The term record in assassination record and additional records and information includes, for purposes of interpreting and implementing the JFK Act:

1. (a) Papers, maps, and other documentary material;
2. (b) Photographs;
3. (c) Motion pictures;
4. (d) Sound and video recordings;
5. (e) Machine readable information in any form; and
6. (f) Artifacts.
