Performance reports shall be submitted quarterly for all active projects. The performance reports shall briefly present the following:

1. (a) The status of the work required under the project scope.
2. (b) Other pertinent information including, when appropriate, time schedule delays and other similar problems encountered and their expected impact on the project, etc.
