Possessing a pet is prohibited—

1. (a) In the FDA, except in public parking areas, on or immediately adjacent to park roads, or in designated campgrounds;
2. (b) Within 150 feet of the park sled dog kennels; and
3. (c) Within 150 feet of the park water system intake facilities.
