This program supports projects that—

1. (a) Provide any of the independent living (IL) services to older individuals who are blind that are described in § 367.3(b);
2. (b) Conduct activities that will improve or expand services for these individuals; and

3. (c) Conduct activities to help improve public understanding of the challenges of these individuals.
