1. (a) The owner of or agency controlling the locks shall be required to open the navigation locks upon demand for passage of vessels during the following hours and periods:

   Locks S-61, S-65, and S-65E
   Monday through Friday	All year	7:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
   Saturday and Sunday	Mar. 1 through Oct. 31	5:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
   Do	Nov. 1 through Feb. 28	5:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.
   Lock S-65A
   Seven days a week	All year	8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
   Locks S-65B, S-65C, and S-65D
   Monday through Friday	All year	8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
   Saturday and Sunday	Mar. 1 through Oct. 31	5:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
   Do	Nov. 1 through Feb. 28	5:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

2. (b) The owner of or agency controlling the locks shall place signs, of such size and description as may be designated by the District Engineer, U.S. Army Engineer District, Jacksonville, Florida, at each side of the locks indicating the nature of the regulations of this section.
