Unless otherwise stated, at least 15 minutes before navigating a VTS area, a vessel must report the:

1. (a) Vessel name and type;
2. (b) Position;
3. (c) Destination and ETA;
4. (d) Intended route;
5. (e) Time and point of entry; and
6. (f) Dangerous cargo on board or in its tow, as defined in § 160.202 of this chapter.
