2. (b) Area M-2. In Santa Barbara Cove, the entire water area west of a line drawn from latitude 32°46′40.0″ N., longitude 117°14′47.0″ W.; to latitude 32°46′33.5″ N., longitude 117°14′45.5″ W.
3. (c) Area M-3. In Mariners Basin, the entire water area west of a line drawn from latitude 32°45′49.2″ N., longitude 117°14′42.9″ W.; to Mission Point Light; latitude 32°45′43.7″ N., longitude 117°14′41.9″ W.
4. (d) Area M-4. In Quivira Basin, the entire water area enclosed by that portion of a circle of 45 yard radius from latitude 32°45′42.8″ N., longitude 117°14′25.6″ W.; through the arc from 354° T to 088° T.
