Knowledge of a fact or circumstance (the term may be a variant, such as “know”) means:

1. (a) Actual knowledge that a fact or circumstance exists or is substantially certain to occur;
2. (b) An awareness of a high probability of a fact or circumstance's existence or future occurrence; or
3. (c) Reason to know of a fact or circumstance's existence.
