Except as otherwise provided in this subpart, the parties filing a formal written notice of a transaction with the Committee under § 802.501(a) on or after May 1, 2020, shall pay a filing fee as follows:

1. (a) Where the value of the transaction is less than $500,000: No fee;
2. (b) Where the value of the transaction is equal to or greater than $500,000 but less than $5,000,000: $750;
3. (c) Where the value of the transaction is equal to or greater than $5,000,000 but less than $50,000,000: $7,500;
4. (d) Where the value of the transaction is equal to or greater than $50,000,000 but less than $250,000,000: $75,000;
5. (e) Where the value of the transaction is equal to or greater than $250,000,000 but less than $750,000,000: $150,000;
6. (f) Where the value of the transaction is equal to or greater than $750,000,000: $300,000.
