30 C.F.R. § 910.784 – Underground mining permit applications—minimum requirements for reclamation and operation plan.

(a) Part 784 of this chapter, Underground Mining Permit Applications—Minimum Requirements for Reclamation and Operation Plan, shall apply to any person who makes application to conduct underground mining.
(b) The applicant for a permit to conduct underground mining operations shall demonstrate compliance with Chapter 391-3-1 of the Rules and Regulations of the Georgia Department of Natural Resources.
