You must conduct G&G prospecting activities or scientific research activities under this part according to:

1. (a) The Act;
2. (b) The regulations in this part;
3. (c) Orders of the Director/Regional Director (RD); and
4. (d) Other applicable statutes, regulations, and amendments.
