If environmental or other conditions adversely affect a cable, pipeline, or facility so as to endanger the safety or the environment, you must:

1. (a) Submit a plan of corrective action to BSEE within 30 days of the discovery of the adverse effect.
2. (b) Take remedial action as described in your corrective action plan.
3. (c) Submit to the BSEE a report of the remedial action taken within 30 days after completion.
