Your “Equipment inventory appendix” must include:

1. (a) An inventory of spill-response materials and supplies, services, equipment, and response vessels available locally and regionally. You must identify each supplier and provide their locations and telephone numbers.
2. (b) A description of the procedures for inspecting and maintaining spill-response equipment in accordance with § 254.43.
