Yes, if we determine it will not:
- (a) Interfere with the operation, maintenance, or rehabilitation of our facilities;
- (b) Be detrimental to or jeopardize our facilities;
- (c) Adversely affect the water rights or water supply; or
- (d) Cause additional costs to us that we do not agree to in writing.
