The following regulations apply to waivers:

1. (a) For self-determination contracts, 25 CFR 900.140 through 900.148;
2. (b) For self-governance agreements, 25 CFR 1000.220 through 1000.232; and
3. (c) For direct service, 25 CFR 1.2.
