Each homeliving program must meet all of the following standards:
- (a) Restrooms, showers, and common areas must be cleaned daily;
- (b) Rooms must be cleaned daily;
- (c) Linens must be changed and cleaned weekly;
- (d) Linens are to be provided;
- (e) Basic Toiletries must be provided; and
- (f) Functional washing machines and dryers must be provided.
