Notice and determination of failure to meet goals.
Effective Jan 3, 2017
If the Secretary determines that a GSE has failed or there is a substantial probability that a GSE will fail to meet any housing goal, the Secretary shall follow the procedures at 12 U.S.C. 4566(b).
