Wrist joint carpal scaphoid polymer prosthesis.

(a) Identification. A wrist joint carpal scaphoid polymer prosthesis is a one-piece device made of silicone elastomer intended to be implanted to replace the carpal scaphoid bone of the wrist.
(b) Classification. Class II.
