21 C.F.R. § 882.1340 – Nasopharyngeal electrode.

(a) Identification. A nasopharyngeal electrode is an electrode which is temporarily placed in the nasopharyngeal region for the purpose of recording electrical activity.
(b) Classification. Class II (performance standards).
