20 C.F.R. § 681.320 – Must youth participants enroll to participate in the youth program?

(a) Yes, to participate in youth programs, participants must enroll in the WIOA youth program.
(b) In order to be a participant in the WIOA youth program, all of the following must occur:
1. (1) An eligibility determination;
2. (2) The provision of an objective assessment;
3. (3) Development of an individual service strategy; and
4. (4) Participation in any of the 14 WIOA youth program elements.
