The definitions contained in this section shall have the following meanings throughout this part unless otherwise stated.

1. (a) Commission or EEOC means the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
2. (b) Title VII means title VII of the Civil Rights Act (42 U.S.C. 2000e et seq.).
